My name is Paul Skavydis (Director) of 1 Disco Paul Limited and I am taking you back from where it all began for me as a DJ.

Almost 30 odd years ago from operating my parents Technics stack system, playing my parents collection of vinyl’s, and kept learning about different types of genre music.
Having the ability in my childhood days is to play around with good music and technology used such as vinyl players, compact disks, cassette players, PA mixers, amplifiers etc.

The important factor to me was learning music and how people reacted to good music. I was fortunate individual to be selected by my childhood primary and secondary school music teachers to setup mobile PA sound system.

I was given key responsibility of controlling microphone volumes between the music for award ceremonies. The feedback from fellow classmate, parents and schoolteachers was unforgettable and I kept on learning. Not forgetting my school put me through event evenings for other public events such fundraiser events.
Fast forward 20 odd years after having a young family of my own I have managed to turn my hobby into a business. 1 Disco Paul established from being called 1 Disco Paul immeasurable occasions to now being a limited company. With 20 years of experience in audio technician and music by creating countless playlist for future events to come and making every event asked of me personal.
